In the multi port u loaders, due to the technical incidents and defects in the case of vertical pipe collapse due to the cutting of ropes and the absence of an optimal protection system to prevent these happenings, therefore, a system has been designed which measures of the tensile strength of the ropes and in the case of excessive tension , the controller system, issue the command for interrupt operation and the alarm also will be activated. It is worth mentioning that this system also plays a role in controlling the movement of vertical tubes during operation.

This system has the following components:
-  Computing and choosing load cells Load pin type
- Controller and Convector to measure the tension transferred from Load pin
- Minimum and maximum of tensile limit settings for alarms and driver interruptions 
- Connections and interlock with central control System
